Working with WIP
Work in Progress is about empowering individuals to make a positive change in the world around them. Feedback from our artists and event partners is what inspires us to keep pushing forward.

You guys have been a blessing. I met (WIP) at a really good time in my life, and its easy to celebrate in those good times. Once the rain comes, those fair-weather friends are gone, but you guys stuck around and that means a lot to people like me who don’t trust a lot.
Y’all accepted me with open arms and comradery that was built from exchanging ideas; concluding that our mindsets are very similar, our goals our very similar, and our processes can be beneficial to one another.
That mentality has been further cultivated hanging around y’all, and I do my best to spread that love.

I'm a young artist with big dreams and WIP has made me feel like I can accomplish each one. The ongoing and genuine support that WIP has given me is unmatched. Everytime we speak, I become more and more motivated towards my goal. Hayden and John have taken me under their wings and I can't be more grateful for it. They have given me opportunities, such as showing my art in a festival, that have allowed me to prosper in the community and my craft.
WIP has provided me with guidance and so much knowledge I previously did not have. Everyone who is a part of WIP is extremely talented and motivated and there is no doubt in my mind they are going to accomplish everything they want to. These truly are great people that are working towards a great goal and I honestly can't say enough about them because they have sincerely had an impact on my life . I will forever be grateful for them.
Thank you Hayden for being hungry that one night and coming into my restaurant and making our paths cross and creating a relationship that hopefully lasts a lifetime.

I became connected with WIP through my cousin Rob.... They were putting together [one of] their first show[s] and we wanted to be apart of it and help with the cause. We were extremely excited to play and happy to see the eventual turnout and donations. The "WIP boys", as we call them now, were extremely kind from the second we arrived and were so gracious with our willingness to play. You don't always get that in this industry and it was a pleasure to work with them. They've provided a platform for musicians to grow and succeed in a fun loving environment. With the use of well manicured content and strategy they've built themselves a name and are sharing the platform they've created with other growing artists. From what I've seen, each event seems to build off the previous one and are helping artists from all over the country work towards their dreams and goals. We can't wait for the next opportunity to play alongside their movement again! --Jes

Our good friends John & Hayden are the founders of WIP. Couldn’t be prouder to be a part of the movement! We’ve known these guys a long time, so seeing the work they’ve put in to build this community is really inspiring.
WIP has given us an opportunity to re-engage with our passion for music and live performance. Having a platform that believes in our abilities and is willing to showcase them to the public has instilled confidence in us to continue the journey and improve our craft.

Every once in awhile you meet someone in life who you admire for their determination and perseverance. Hayden started @wipxlive and has worked tirelessly to put on shows in Dallas, OKC, Houston and Brooklyn, NY. over the past two years.
We’ve worked together to give many musicians in the DFW, at all levels, the chance to come to the stage at Stan’s and try out their new materials in front of a supportive crowd.

Thank you John and Hayden for reaching out to the Snowdrop Foundation and setting up an event to help local artists get back out there doing what they love, and allowing Snowdrop Foundation to be a beneficiary of the event. The pandemic hit the nonprofit world hard and you two found an awesome way of getting us all back out there. We are an event based nonprofit and our way of fundraising towards our mission towards childhood cancer research and scholarships.
Thank you again for helping us get back out there to work and share our mission.

Dope vibes. Dope Energy. Great people all around. I loved the opportunity to share the stage and venue with WIP […] An experience I won’t ever forget.

I've worked with Hayden since his first event. WIP always takes care of the artists.
